Lord Jeepus
Figured about time i start my build thread.Going to have to look around for all the pictures of stuff I've done. Found this tj on kijiji for a decent price with the basics so bought it up nice and cheap. Little did i know why it was, only found out why after a year or so, ill get to that later ha. Bought it with exhaust on it, 31s and a 2" budget procomp lift.

From there i added bumpers, winch and some lights( a few more then i planned after selling my truck and keeping the lights) I found a good deal on some diffs from flordia that were already built. They were tj44s that were geared to 4.88, ox lockers, histeer, warn hubs, setup for c/o,chromoly shafts.
Started with the simples things, i gutted the rear and sprayed bedliner, fixed some body damage with some new corner guards and flush mounted some leds.

RE: Lord Jeepus
The rust didn't seem like it was to bad at first till me and my builder, Mr Levi Gray, got down to business. I parked it till i had money for the coil overs then brought it home to get started!

After seeing the full extent we got busy. Started with cutting off all the old brackets. We then made plates to go over the sides and bottom of the frame.

After a bunch of long days we had the frame all done, we moved onto the arm brackets. I purchased the rock krawler x factor 3 /4 link kit, figured it be easier then trying to fab our own suspension, looking back probably would have been better to do our own kit, but well get to that later.
[Image: 20160301_154953.jpg] The plate is welded in and bolted, I did the not so great welding on this, im still learning and figured this piece wasn't as important so levi let me practice.

Well waiting for Levi to be able to come over again I worked on a few things i could unsupervised :P

RE: Lord Jeepus
After getting the frame and brackets done, we moved onto the coil overs. We tackled the rear and after some figuring had it pretty good.

We spent a day setting up the track bar that we got from tmr, then we went for the hoops. Sure was nice to get the jeep on its own weight. .

One problem we found was the arms are bent higher for clearance, great i thought when i ordered them, but after checking clearances we quickly found out some issues with the arm, up travel was a lot less then we had hoped for because the arm hit the frame! Duh leason learned.[Image: 20160307_135649.jpg] Any issue were having is using the recommend arm length there is some serious issues with the pinion angle, so another thing were fighting with.At the moment were working on the annoying little things, repair some rusty body mounts, painting, redoing brake lines and a bunch of other little things.
