How many people going? It would be fun. I will see if there is anything major on the ol grey Comanche. What do you plan on taking Tony?

Is there any more info on the plans for this?  I would be interested in heading up on Sunday morning to meet up with you guys if that was feasible.

I might not be working now, but if my Jeep isn't fixed I'll be going racing in Tail Creek. Moab 4x4 Outpost admitted to using crappy G2 Axle and Gear thread locker a couple years ago and are sending me new gears and install kit. That should be leaving Moab today. We will see.

RE: TNT FV Mini Expedition 2016
We will be leaving Fairview at 5:00pm Friday Sept 16 heading toward Tumbler Ridge and camping close to town. We will meet in Tumbler at 9:00am at the co-op cardlock just on the edge of town Saturday morning for anyone that wants to get a room friday night or just come out for the day. Saturday we will head into Kinesu Falls, and see what we can find and most likely camp in the back country somewhere to be determind. Sunday we will head out and hopefully be home by mid to late afternoon.

RE: TNT FV Mini Expedition 2016
Tumbler to Kinueso is supper easy and quick. I did it in the dually with all the bikes on the deck just before ACE. There is a large campground about 1.5kms past the falls look out, so exploring on the way in would be the best, unless you wanted to camp somewhere else on the way out. Not too scenic of a drive and the camp ground is kinda crappy.
I would recommend hitting the falls in the AM, and then swinging back to Stoney Lake for the night. There is some stuff to explore and it's a nice little camp ground that not many people go to, right off the main road.

Then check out One Island Lake on the way home. Depending on how you go to Tumbler, you should be able to make a loop out of it.

RE: TNT FV Mini Expedition 2016
If I am not working, and I should find out more tomorrow on this, I will meet you in Tumbler Saturday, guide you into Kinusoe and then Red Deer Falls, then to your campsite. I might even camp, we will see. I'm torn between this, racing in Tail Creek, and the kids want to go to Nitro Circus on Saturday night.
Tumbler is pretty cool area, especially this time of year with the leaves changing and possibility of snow......

RE: TNT FV Mini Expedition 2016
OK, it's getting a little late in the year for camping around there anyways, unless you have real good gear. You should come to Tail Creek and see some racing action.
